Using a systems-based approach, AirClean Energy has performed hundreds of successful, energy-efficiency audits to optimize industrial facility operations. We can review a wide range of processes for opportunities to reduce waste. Our engineers perform a variety of instantaneous measurements while on site and install data loggers to establish longer-term trends in your processes. This data is then used to analyze your process, and how the mechanical equipment (typically fans and pumps) are operating in that system. Often, we find the equipment is not ideally suited to the application, resulting in low operating efficiency. As U.S. DOE certified specialists in fan and pump systems, coupled with our knowledge of steam systems, AirClean can be a trusted partner in helping you optimize your industrial facility.
